Services & FeesNo matter whether we organise your wedding from A – Z or cover some parts only,• our fees are made up transparently from various service packages. • We charge for our work input rather than the size of the event. • This gives us the highest possible flexibility in the choice of our partners. • We inform you in advance of the exact costs you can reckon with. • We never add extra charges after the event! Services - Description Formalities (€ 180,-) In Austria the person who performs a civil marriage act is called Standesbeamter/ Standesbeamtin (which is equivalent to the American Justice of the Peace). Applying for the Marriage License at the Standeseamt (Registry Office) in Austria is a formal act, we would like to help you with. We’ll tell you which documents, translations and certifications you need, fix the date of your wedding day with the responsible registrar, file the documents for your application and organize an interpreter, should you need one and even get the apostille for the international wedding certificate after your wedding. Prime Package A successful wedding should be planned and organised with great care and attention to detail. With the all-inclusive package you can relax and enjoy your wedding preparations. I am at your disposal round the clock and will take care of every detail. This service includes: • an initial meeting to get to know each other and/or discuss the general concept • setting up a concept for the wedding festivities, taking into account all aspects of the overall structure and the programme • budget calculation and continuous expenditure check • advice on locations and viewing thereof • organisation of the Registry Office (application, required documents) and/or the church • research, obtaining and comparing offers, dealing with third-party providers (print types, music, flowers, wedding cake, photographer…) • organisation of accommodation and guest transfer • various meetings, telephone calls, e-mail correspondence with the wedding couple • wedding day management – on the day of your wedding we are there for you (about 10 hours) • travel expenses We will be happy to make you an offer!
